Terms and Conditions

Reservation Information: 

  • Mobile Event Trailer reservations are on a first come, first served basis. 
  • Once date is secured through deposit, responsible party will sign contract and scan & submit a copy of ID and preferred payment method for security purposes. 
  • 50% deposit will be due at booking to reserve date.
  • Remainder of the balance will be due 14 days before the event. Late fee of $50 will be assessed if balance is not paid by deadline. 
  • At the time of booking, please try to give an approximate number of guests for package purposes. 50% deposit will be based on projected numbers.
  • Final numbers will be due by final payment, 14 days prior, and will not be able to be modified after. 
  • Remainder balance will be calculated based on final numbers and applied from the deposit. 


Trailer Delivery/Pick Up Information:

  • Dependent upon the selected package, trailer will be delivered and set up 1-1.5 hours before the event start time. 
  • Responsible party or designated individual should be present to inspect the unit and sign of the trailer condition. 
  • Once the trailer is delivered and set up, only owners/operators of Hitch, Hip, Hooray, Co. shall move, transport, or reconfigure the trailer, electrical, plumbing, equipment, or decor. A fee of $250 will be assessed to the responsible party, if any of the above reasons occur without approval, once the trailer is delivered and set up. 
  • Damage fees may be assessed for any interior and/or exterior damages to the trailer while at the event. 
  • At the conclusion of the set rental hours, trailer will be picked up and inspected by responsible party or designated individual and owner/operator of HHC, Co. to ensure it is damage free. Copy of ID at time of booking, will then be shredded.


Event Serving Information:

  • TABC Bartenders are trained to not serve to minors under 21, or anyone visibly intoxicated. We take this very seriously and will abide by these standards at all times. 
  • HHH, Co. reserves the right to request ID from guests to verify age, and/or reject serving to any individual visibly intoxicated. Please inform your guests of this in advance.
  • We strongly suggest hiring security officers when alcohol is offered at an event. 

Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy

  • 75% of the deposit will be refunded if reservation is cancelled 90 days before date of the event.
  • 50% of the deposit will be refunded if reservation is cancelled 60 days before date of the event. 
  • No refund of deposit given if reservation is cancelled less than 60 days before the event.
